ResAvenue enhances its solution with new Payment Options and Languages

ResAvenue aims to provide you with the best possible solution by constantly improving and enhancing our solution. We have added a range of new features and functionalities that will prove to be beneficial to you and your hotel.

The Enhancements

1. Net Banking ResAvenue has added more banks to its Indian Net Banking Option. You can now collect bookings and payments directly from Bank of Rajasthan and Yes Bank account holders. In the near future, you will also be able to accept payments from Jammu and Kashmir Bank account holders.

2. Payment Options In addition to our Credit Card and Net Banking payment option, ResAvenue added new payment options, which will broaden your online guest base.

• Mobile Payments: ResAvenue has added a new and convenient Mobile Payment* Option – PayMate. With this mode of payment, you can accept payments for your hotel rooms at anytime and anywhere directly from your guest’s mobile phones.
• Currently, the Mobile Payment Option is valid only on transactions worth less than Rs. 10,000/- to Citibank account holders only.
• Cash Cards: ResAvenue provides you with an easy Cash Card Payment Option - Itz Cash* for your Indian customers. Itz Cash Card is a popular payment option, ranking only second to Credit Cards on the Indian Railway site. Itz Cash cards are easily available in convenient denominations at retail outlets across India.
• This payment option is only available for Indian consumers.

These new payment options are available to any guests, i.e. you can now accept bookings and payments for your hotel rooms from guests who do not own a Credit Card or even a net banking account.

3. Language Options In addition to English, French and German, ResAvenue has added two more languages to its booking engine. Now, your guests will be able to book your rooms in Italian and Portuguese. We will be adding more languages to our booking engine in the near future.
